We have been working with Mike Owen since 1988. The management company employs Mike. The building has approximately 350,000 square feet and we have resurfaced the 4' x 4' fiberglass panels with nubby fabric, washable nubby, 3.2 Mil. vinyl and 6 Mil. Vinyl. Because they do a lot of tenant change outs, they were always moving walls and reconfiguring space, and that made it necessary for them to have us restore the surface to keep them looking new. We used various surface materials through-out because each tenant made their own choice of materials.
