Dan took over John Frankens' position. The work we did was under John Franken's direction and he retired a year after we finished the ceilings in the building. Work was started in 1991 we did a small areas to start, then did a floor at a time, 1992, 1993, then finished the building on one order in 1994. Total square footage was approximately 250,000 square feet plus. Resurfaced existing nubby fiberglass panels with new white vinyl material.
